Precautions for pipeline construction


Pipeline construction does not require encapsulation measures in the following situations:

1. The pipeline is buried in other safe, stable, and reliable areas such as non motorized vehicle lanes or slow lanes, and the thickness of the soil covering the top of the pipeline is greater than 1750px;

2. The pipeline burial area is unobstructed and located in a non frozen soil zone;

When the soil has a bearing capacity greater than twice its load and the groundwater level is consistently below the foundation, there is no need to take sealing measures;

In areas where the groundwater level is very low, if the bearing capacity of the original soil foundation of the pipe trench exceeds twice the pressure of the pipeline and its upper part, and it is stable soil, pipe holes can be directly laid on the trench bottom after leveling;

There are no other pipelines crossing through the pipeline burial area, or crossing with other pipelines, but the parallel clearance and crossing clearance meet the relevant requirements.
