Preparation before engineering installation
01 Technical communication View design drawings, communicate with the design team, and specify a reasonable construction plan.
02 develop a scheme Develop a reasonable construction plan
03 preparation Prepare connectors/sealing rings and other corresponding accessories of the correct specifications
04 And for the product Before installation, check the product's certificate of conformity, specifications and models, etc
Open a trench
Excavating trenches must strictly follow the excavation route and depth specified in the design drawings or engineering supervision guidance
Construction shall not be carried out without the consent of the relevant department, and no unauthorized changes shall be made. The excavation depth of the trench shall comply with the following regulations:
A/The burial depth of the pipe top buried under the roadway shall not be less than 0.90 meters;
B/The pipeline branch buried under the sidewalk shall not be less than 0.75 meters;
C/The length of pipeline branches under the belt or in residential areas shall not be less than 0.6 meters;
D/In permanent frozen soil or seasonal frozen soil layers, the burial depth of the pipe top should be below the freezing line.
Laying steps
1. Insert rubber rings of the correct model and size onto both ends of the BWFRP pipe to be connected;
2. Insert the pipe holder with the sealed ring into the street;
3. The standard length of the pipe is generally 6 meters, and the pipe is equipped with 3 sets of pipe sleepers. The distance between the pipe sleepers is 2 meters, and the distance between the pipe sleepers and the joint is 0.5 meters;
4. The adjustment of pipe length can be done by cutting with mechanical tools, with the cutting end perpendicular to the pipe axis;
5. When laying pipelines in trenches, they should be manually transferred and rolling down the trench is strictly prohibited.
